Real Estate Acquisition / Negotiator

This position will be responsible for profitable real estate expansion and acquisition of new store openings, remodeling of existing stores.

Key Responsibilities :

- New Store Development/ Expansion- Plan and execute expansion through profitable negotiation on real estate terms.

- Identification of potential sites in market with adherence to sales evaluation & demographic market study.

- Property sourcing and negotiation on legal terms.

- Portfolio Management - manage rental cost in line with market level for profitable operations of restaurants.

- Understand how McDonald's operate with standardized system in a profitable way.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- MBA Marketing with an experience of 3 - 6 years in retail - real estate industry / QSR

Please note, the role is within Real Estate and the candidate needs to possess knowledge of Property Management, Land Acquisition and General Management.
