1. Work closely with partners, functional and business excellence teams in planning and improving around requirement capture, development, testing and associated support services 2. Evaluate and prioritize functionalities/development requests basis business need, scope of work, cost, and skill requirements. 3. Measure various parameters of system performance and design initiatives to maximize conversion, revenue and customer delight 4. Work closely with business to understand requirements and design solutions to meet requirements 5. Own the product roadmap and user journeys for upcoming development 6. Own the product funnel and consumer analytics and monitor and report performance on a regular basis 7. Own the tech development pipeline and plan sprints with tech team to ensure timely development as per business priorities 8. Manage technology partnerships and service providers to ensure smooth operations of McDonald's tech platforms 9. Create wireframes and solution documents for various initiatives and change requests 10. Work closely with logistics partners and online delivery platforms to ensure smooth and close integration between our internal systems and partners- tech 11. Work closely with designers to convert concepts, wireframes into attractive and intuitive designs 12. Be a gatekeeper of quality for the application and ensure quality of releases with testing team
