The job details are: Preferred Relevant Experience: Talent & OD Consulting experience is mandatory Strategic workforce planning to deliver the business plan : 1. Manage structure reviews and functional skilling 2. Review roles, grade structure, overlaps & redundancies on an ongoing basis and make case for optimizing manning numbers where there is need 3. Is aware of new emerging trends/skills on resourcing & structures relevant to industry 4. Create and review organisation charts that are relevant to business and job roles that align Talent Acquisition and Retention : 5. Define and assess the talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain the right talent at a good cost 6. Assess the tools and process for quality and efficacy using strong governance and metrics 7. Provide consultative functional expertise across multiple talent acquisition domain areas to include best practices, legal developments, emerging trends, technology and industry benchmarks Performance/Talent Management and Learning : 8. Organise & lead the quarterly, bi annual and annual reviews and calibrations 9. Take responsibility that the teams and leads are skilled and understand the performance management process 10. Ensure Performance Management action plans are created and governed 11. Conduct skill gap analysis to understand skill needs 12. Design talent development initiatives and partner with domain experts/learning specialists/industry counterparts to enhance effectiveness of learning programs 13. Manage the learning budget and review ROI and improve efficiencies Succession Planning : 14. Support and partner with Function Heads to create career paths and execute succession plans 15. Drive career path follow option and high potential employee programs 16. Conduct competitive intelligence analysis by reviewing competitors' employer branding strategies and determining availability of specific talent profiles Engagement & EVP : 17. Review engagement metrics, attrition and exit feedback 18. Create and drive execution of people engagement processes for the organization (other than retail operations staff) People Management : 19. Perform the role of a people manager for the direct reports: a. Manage and support recruitment, set KRAs for direct reports, monitor overall department KRAs b. Provide team members with direction for acquisition and development interventions to improve business partnering c. Oversee team development and drive motivation levels of the team d. Monitor team welfare, facilitate complaint resolution to manage efficiency levels and drive timely Reporting To: Director - People Resources Educational Qualification: MBA with a specialization in Human Resources/M.A in Psychology
