Planning:

Assist in the company's planning cycle and HR strategy formulation by sharing budgets related to pay increase, Technology etc. and insights through HR analytics that can help formulate Annual HR priorities

 Compensation & Benefits:

- Evaluating the effectiveness of the current compensation practices through internal and external research of performance benchmarks and critical indicators such as turnover statistics, recruitment success studies, equity studies and salary range variance analyses

- Conducting periodical compensation surveys across similar industries and ensuring the employees- salaries & benefits are line with the market conditions

- Comparing positions internally and externally, making recommendations for grade level changes ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness

- Extracting, analyzing and reporting salary & payroll hours information

- Execute Incentive Programs for restaurants and office employees and assist in designing the same

- Developing and implementing new benefit packages or modifying the existing benefits

- Design and Execute Company Recognition programs

HR Technology and Analytics:

- Create, generate, and maintain effective HR reporting, including turnover, labour and other key People metrics to drive organizational effectiveness

- Develop a dashboard of HR metrics to be presented monthly, quarterly, and annually in senior leadership meetings

- Responsible for the HR Technology blueprint

- Identify the new system requirements to maintain smooth functioning of all HR activities at HRPL

- Responsible for the governance of implementation effort and project management of all the HR Tools & modules in HRMS

- Manage relationships with 3rd party providers

- Ensure all HR systems related queries are resolved within a defined SLA through partners
