JOB DETAILS

Position: Deputy Manager – Real Estate

Reporting to: Senior Manager – Real Estate

Location: Mumbai, Chennai

Team reporting in – NIL

Primary responsibility

- Accountable within assigned market(s) to manage the Multiple MINI MARKET and TERRITORIES, Real Estate portfolio for all new site development relocation, rebuilding and existing Real Estate assets.

Key responsibility area -

1. Development Planning & Execution -

- Implements corporate policies and procedures.

- Aligns individual goals with the Development and Corporate strategies, contributes to the Vision Plan for the Region.

- Manages personal G&A expenditure relative to budge

2. Vendor Management / Networking & Leveraging Resources / Negotiation & Conflict Management -

- Promotes the development of the ‘brokers’/intermediator’ network and outside consultants.

- Maintain working relationships and is the Real Estate resource for Owner/Landlords and other HO and Regional Staff.

- Fosters the Development Team
