RESPONSIBILITIES : - Achievement of Secondary targets of the assigned stores / accounts - Set monthly, quarterly, and yearly objectives for accounts and finalizing business plans and Implementation of agreed programs in the accounts . - Execute agreed execution standards at store level to effectively drive visibility and maximize share of shelf - Implement of all Trade Promotion &amp; merchandising (Visibility) programs effectively - Monthly Sales forecasting with analysis of historic sales data, trade inputs, sales trends and target. - Key Accounts Management - Feedback on Competition pricing and other strategic changes - Follows McCormick Kohinoor Shared Values-ETHICS in letter and spirit in the market.
