The Role : This position is responsible to provide eCommerce Analytics &amp; Sales to help establish goals and benchmarks for all our activities [across Marketing, Shopper Marketing and Sales tasks] and to measure the success of our activities. Specific examples of analytics include but aren- t limited to setting targeting strategies and implementing these strategies including measurement of success, measurement of effectiveness and efficiency of all eCommerce activities, impact to India sales, etc. This position actively participates in the long-term planning and annual planning process by providing analytics for our digital activities and success metrics/benchmarks. Key Responsibilities 1. Responsible for eCommerce Customerobjectives, budgets &amp; planning and execution. 2. Participation in strategy development: provides analytics to connected consumer team The Person Experience - MBA in eCommerce, Sales, Marketing, Insights/Market Research, Communication. - At least 3-5 years of experience with analytics/tracking using standard reporting tools databases Critical Competencies 1. Training - Persuasive presentation skills to deliver Sensory insights and technical expertise - Establishing strong working relationships with internal &amp; external customers 2. Project Management - Technical skills (statistics software, report writing, analysis, etc.) 3. Familiarity with media and eCommerce sales analytics tools preferred. 4.
