Manager - Digital Marketing- Food Service
Job Description :
- Responsible for devising and driving eCommerce and digital initiatives for the brand
- Develop and execute digital campaigns & digital media for the Brand
- Formulate a mechanism to track and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives/campaigns and asses against goals ( ROI )
- Closely work with media agencies and external vendors to develop and drive digital/ electronic initiatives across all the product ranges of the brand.
- Understand global/ India digital trends and gain insights which can be adapted for the business
- Should be able to demonstrate the impact of digital initiatives on driving trials/business
- Should have handled/exposed to various analytical/tech tools - e.g. Google ad words, FB insights etc
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Stay up to date with latest social media trends, best practices and technologies
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Responsible for growing our brand appeal and presence amongst millennials & others
