Looking for Management Graduate professional with work experience in e-commerce/Start up/ FMCG ecommerce/ Digital to deliver on online sales and awareness at McCain India. s/he will be responsible for the Channel volume, share and profitability for the India E-commerce business and lead the digital strategy for the entire retail business. Also, will be creating ecommerce strategy across B2B and B2C channels - account management strategy, joint business planning and execute the plans to support the annual operating plans for the business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams &amp; regions to execute plans to grow the business exponentially. What you'll do: - Build McCain's overall ecommerce/digital strategy to drive the brand presence and conversions through the online channels - Strategize to build &amp; grow McCain business exponentially in the short &amp; long term on e-commerce platform by driving key e-commerce/ digital fundamentals - End to end responsibility of McCain's online presence from- website, ecommerce to digital marketing - Drive traffic, conversions and shopper engagement/experience initiatives to enable sustainable business growth for McCain on e-commerce - Lead, Implement, negotiate and manage JBPs to deliver mutually profitable sales growth - Manage - terms of trade- with e-commerce customers with win-win situation on customer expectations &amp; McCain margin requirements - Design &amp; execute RER initiatives to drive recruitment, expansion and share retention goals in-line with channel strategy - Track, review and drive category-wise growths and shares at e-commerce accounts - Ensuring controls &amp; financial hygiene along with Commercial &amp; Supply Chain team What you need to succeed: - Strategic thinking with knack for implementation / Entrepreneurship ability - Sales and Marketing experience - Relationship management with multiple stakeholders and influencing skills. - Strong communication skills with attention to detail, follow-up and organizational skills - Self-Motivated, Action Oriented, Drive for results along with strong business planning, functional and technical Skills - Able to identify opportunity and convert to business success. - Able to work in a dynamic fast moving market environment and inspire teams to deliver results - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and drive assigned tasks/goals to completion
