Job Purpose - Innovation Manager (Fixed-Term Contract, 12 months)

This exciting role will support the international delivery of the Innovation Lab in 90 Day project. Reporting to the Digital Engagement & Lab Lead, this role will work closely with the multiple innovation labs across Mazars.

You will be part of a international project team, taking responsibility for the work you do and will have an important role in the governance of Innovation Lab offerings. You'll also get the opportunity to explore new technologies and engage with design thinking practices and innovation methodologies.

This role will be remote, but the main point of contact will be the Innovation team based in the UK, with connections to the wider European labs through the virtual Innovation Lab and with the international Innovation Hubs.

Primary Responsibilities

- Innovation Template Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop templates for innovation processes, methodologies, and tools. These templates will serve as guides for various services offered within the innovation labs, ensuring consistency and efficiency.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of innovation processes, templates, and best practices. Generate regular reports on the usage and impact of templates.

- Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication channels across different innovation lab locations. Facilitate knowledge sharing, best practice sharing, and collaboration among teams to foster a culture of innovation.

- Training and Onboarding: Develop training materials and conduct onboarding sessions for lab members to ensure proper utilization of innovation templates and tools. Provide ongoing support to address questions and ensure smooth implementation.

- Plan and support relevant global events (e.g., roundtables, innovation series, demonstrations etc.)

- Develop and share use cases and success stories of innovation in the business

- Create content on our products with Marketing for internal and external clients

The person

- Curiosity around technology, creativity and innovation and the ability to generate insight through systems and tools.

- Previous experience in innovation management, project coordination, or a related role.

- Builds relationships by taking time to understand stakeholders and the needs of their clients and take the appropriate action to support the strategic goals of the business.

- Proficient in the use of MS Office tools, with an excellent working knowledge of Excel

- Effective communicator and able to build trust by conveying key messages to a range of stakeholders succinctly via presentations, email, and verbally.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Good time management and ability to work to set deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

- Takes a pragmatic approach to resolving situations, using own initiative where appropriate and adaptable to meet changing business requirements.

Additional Desired Skills:

- Proficiency in project management tools, collaboration platforms, and communication software.

- Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools and techniques for facilitating remote collaboration.

- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting to measure the impact of innovation initiatives.

Given that the project is lead from the UK offices, there will be a requirement to work 11am to 7pm India Time. This will need to be managed to ensure that an appropriate level of cover is always maintained to meet the needs of the firm, team and clients.
