CA Batch - 2005 to 2007.

Job Description :

- Good Knowledge of management reporting systems.

- Good knowledge of statutory compliances of direct and indirect tax laws, including Income tax, Taxes for Expats, Service tax, Excise, Customs, VAT & CST and any other law in force.

- Good Knowledge of Regulatory compliances of corporate laws, including Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, SEZ, FCRA, etc.

- Experience of working in ERP environment.

- Good experience in Banking and Finance.

- Able to coordinate with Statutory Auditors & Tax Auditors.

- Should have a consulting mindset.

- Should be open to periodic traveling.
