Job Description:

- Preparing and delivering presentations

- Research - Company, Industry and Macro

- Performing valuation and pricing analyses

- Collaborate directly with the senior staff in the initial research, financial modeling and due diligence of potential transactions for companies

- Excellent analytical, technical and modeling skills

- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint

- Team player but ability to work independently as well

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines

- M&A specific experience is a plus
