Maxwell Industries - Category Manager/Sourcing Head - Women Innerwear & Men Loungewear

- Product development right from need-gap analysis to final packaged product.

- Arrive at a product matrix including new categories and / or products (brand extensions) to increase the offering for existing consumers and bring in new consumers to the brand

- Will involve all stages viz. studying innerwear fashion trends, responsible for Sampling & coordinating with Creative Design teams for product development, identifying right fabric & trim vendors, tech spec formulation, hand-holding production teams to deliver desired product, involved in packaging development along with marketing team & being in touch with Sales Team for product feedback & correction.

- Will have strong product knowledge across Lingerie, Nightwear and men's inner wear.

- Excellent sourcing skills of various knitted fabrics with blends & finishes along with trim sourcing skills.

- Proven track record in handling a balanced vendor base with acute commercial acumen.

- Manage category margin norms & bettering sourcing strategy & vendor base to deliver higher margins.

- You must possess market intelligence, be knowledgeable in current retail trends in order to identify business value, product categories, best sellers, key competitors & understand organizational structures in order to enhance our business potential

Salary : 20,00,000 to 25,00,000 INR ( P.A.)
