Job Description :

- Responsible for Raising Funds stressed corporates,

- Identify and build relationships with banks/ Financial Institutions / ARCs/ NBFCs/ Strategic Investors / Private Equity and other potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging network.

- Existing strong network with above mentioned institution will be a plus

- Able to identify the right source of funds for our clients ( mainly stressed corporates )

- Prepare IM, pitches both for clients and for investors

- Able to close deals

- Experience in Due Diligence

- Meetings with prospective leads, making presentations and representing the Company in empanelment interviews etc.

Desired Skills :

- Experience in the field of Financial Services and Investment Banking preferred.

- Should be able to make a strong connect with Various Investors in order to raise funds for clients.

- Preliminary understanding of law & related provisions for having case to case discussions with clients.

- Intermediate to advanced social networking skills for the purpose of monitoring the team members.

- Highly proficient in MS Office

- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills that meet the demands of fast growing firm providing financial services.

- Some travelling will be required.
