JOB SUMMARY

Sr. Instructional Designer will be responsible for developing the content for our client - Max Health Care for training requirements across levels from Vendor staff to Customer facing to Clinicians. Content creation in various formats of learning such as e-learning, mobile and App-based, Instructor-led, Video-based, Role Play simulations, Case-studies etc. The ID will be required to work closely with Subject Matter Experts and collaborate with different stakeholders. Will also be responsible for Reviewing content created by others and conducting TNI. Will be responsible for managing stakeholders. The budget for the role is 15-18L/Annum

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and develop instructor-led training programs using Instructional Design principles to create role-plays, case-studies, activities, exercises, assessments, simulation-content etc.

- Create leadership content and deliver the workshops

- Create Storyboards for e-learning and Video-based content

- Ensure that all information is consistent, easy to understand, and well organized

- Review, Proofread and edit own work and work of others to ensure quality, consistency and effectiveness

- Work alongside the team in order to develop the complete solution

- Conducting TNI

- Aligning and Managing stakeholders and vendor management

Key competencies/skills required

- Knowledge of Instructional Design /Content Design

- Knowledge of leadership capabilities and models

- Ability to understand and communicate concepts quickly and accurately

- Desire to continuously learn new features of development tools and software

- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills

- High attention to detail

- Ability to prioritize, schedule and meet deadlines

- Work both independently and within a team

- Expertise in MS Word and PowerPoint

Desired

- Experience in content development

- Experience in Health Care / Hospitals / service /pharma industry

Desired qualification and experience

- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in content development, with total experience of 10+ years

- Bachelors degree, preferably in Instructional Design or related field. Certification on Instructional design is desired.
