Position : Senior Manager - B2B
Reporting to : AVP - Business Development, B2B
JOB SUMMARY :
- Responsible for training delivery for B2B client & creating new client pipeline with focus on business impact
ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES :
The Senior Manager - B2B, will be responsible for business development pipeline and responsible for training delivery for B2B clients in the Region & his/her role will encompass the following :
- Stakeholder management - ability to handle and execute training road map for B2B client and build MSF brand equity
- Conducting Induction and continuous development Programs for all the employees of the B2B Client
- Conduct Senior and Middle Management level training programs to drive Sales Volumes of B2B Client
- Deliver specialized training interventions
- Tracking business performance, identify productivity limiting gaps and support corrective action, through training and development
- Contribute to the business by actively developing new business with large sales organization through consultative selling approach and sell MSF training solutions to prospective clients
- Prospecting & identifying potential new clients
- Study and build relationships with new client
- Set up meeting between client's decision maker and company's leader
- Conduct periodic knowledge checks through online assessments
- Visit offices for insights and identify trainee's development needs
- Strategize and share an action plan for their development
- Publish trainees progress reports to stakeholders
- Analyse and maintain track of self- performance on key vectors
- Track learners- progress on attending self-learning modules and office skill builders
