Key Responsibilities: Retainer program of Agency MLIC Retainer program of Agency MLIC:

1. Manage the overall retainer process for IC 38 MLIC training in agency offices

- Hiring of retainers, from identification to contracting. Vendor management & payouts. Cost control and budgetary management. Meet all audit requirements. MIS and analytics.

2. Event, training & Logistics Management

- Managing the end to end logistics and execution of Max Life's New Employee Induction programs & other Reward & Recognition events. Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery.

3. Reward & Recognition Program management

- Design and execution of Rewards & Recognition schemes for 370 Learning & Development employees. Design in consultation with the Training Head & Launch Annual & quarterly R&R schemes of L&D. Design and launch other adhoc Rewards & Recognition schemes. Tracking, MIS and delivery of awards

4. Manage Management Information System (MIS) & Business analytics

- Responsible for Learning & Development related dashboards - CEO / Governing council review decks, Governance Tracking, performance, and monthly tracker of all offices, management Training Dashboard etc. Input / output correlation and MOS vector tracking of L&D.

5. Procurement, Vendor & asset Management

- Relationship management with various vendors to deliver the required output. End to end purchase process of services and goods required related to training. Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems. Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications

- Bid process management: compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers. Execution of vendor contract, Monitor contractors performance, recommending contract modifications when necessary

- IT and other asset purchase & management for Max Skill First

6. Technology solution implementation and management

- Responsible for technology implementation and management of technology training solutions - IVR, MSF app, ELM etc

7. Facility & team management

Desired qualifications and experience :

a) Must be a Graduate (Masters Degree preferred).

b) 6 - 7 years out of which at least 3 to 4 years should have been spent in a managerial capacity

c) Experience of handling backend operations, procurement, event & logistics, MIS & analytics, R&R program management is required.

Knowledge and skills required:

a. Analytical blend of mind and efficient problem solving approach

b. Proactive with ability to speedily understand process operation, its information needs & execution

c. Strong multi-tasking skills with ability to effectively balance the needs of multiple initiatives in parallel

d. Proficiency on working in MS - Office (High on Excel, Word & Power Point)

e. Ability to work in highly competitive & demanding environment

f. Audit bent of mind

g. Strong negotiation skills and analysis of cost. Analytical and commercial acumen

h. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

i. Strong process understanding and adherence to processes
