JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for Delivering, managing, monitoring and measuring comprehensive training programmes that are carried out at the client location. The trainings includes soft skill, system and functional trainings that encompasses the below mentioned elements in order to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Development - Planning and Formulation
- Propose and develop new employee development and talent management initiatives / programs;
- Develop long and short-term employee development and talent management strategies and plans;
- Conduct Training Needs Identification and Training Needs Analysis.
- Contribute in development, revision, and evaluation of training course content.
- Conducting and coordinating induction programs at various levels.
- Create, maintain and handle training MIS for your designated unit/zone
Consultancy and Monitoring
- Meet with the HOD's and team members to identify training needs for training and development solutions.
- Develop talent development strategies and solutions to meet long and short-term business needs
- Provide career guidance to high potential staff
- Oversee the training conducted by functional trainers and guide them with regards their delivery skills
Training Budget
Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets.
Monitor compliance to the annual training budget at the unit
Measures of Success
a. Trainings Conducted as per the Organizational needs/Training Calendar
b. Ensuring 100% of Employees go through the New Hire Induction.
c. Maintenance of records (Incompliance to NABH and Company standards) of all the training conducted
d. Introduce new sessions one in a quarter catering to the units /organization /people requirements
e. Maintaining a module and training delivery feedback score of 4.00 (on scale of 1 to 5 min) in every session
f. Customer feedback scores on core support functions especially in displaying behaviors
g. Post training audits of employees who have undergone soft skill training
MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:
a. Graduate / Post graduate with 8-10 years of experience as a trainer / Lead trainer
b. Analytical skills & process orientation
c. People Centric and an Attitude for customer service. d. Team Player, good Listening skills, effective communication with good spoken English
e. Negotiation Skills, Interpersonal Skills and Man Management Skill
f. High on Excel and PowerPoint skills
Continuous Improvement
- Review and continually suggest improvement of the Training modules, ensuring that it remains current and ensures a consistent high quality of training, services and information for learners.
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers. (Functional training is handled by the function and it members).
- To monitor the functional training of the outsourced staff/ GDA like HK/ F&B/ Nursing
HR operations
Post Joining Formalities (conducts the NHIP sessions)
Preparing the monthly Training Calendar, MIS submission on the training conducted viz a viz proposed training calendar
Support team HR in execution of engagement activities

1. All Departments for training programs, training needs analysis, organizing programs.
2. Nursing and other clinical and technical departments for training records maintenance, mentors program
3. Coordinate and facilitate for logistics for all training programs conducted in the designated unit/zone.
