Roles and Responsibilities
1. Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
2. Source diverse talent pools and keep up with new sourcing techniques and market trends; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits.
3. Identify networking opportunities and understand the best ways to find highly skilled professionals.
4. Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
5. Determine applicant qualifications by pre-screening applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
6. Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules; escorting applicant to interviews.
7. Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
8. Manage stakeholders expectations
9. Oversee the entire process to ensure positive candidate experience
10. Maintain recruitment dashboard
