JOB SUMMARY
The person will be responsible for developing and managing content development for all accounts of MSF. The target audience will be across levels from Customer facing roles in sales to Managers, to Clinicians, to students and leadership team. Content creation in various formats of learning such as e-learning, mobile and App-based, Instructor-led, Video-based, Role Play simulations, Case-studies etc. with an aim to improve the quality and effectiveness of the instruction. The person will be required to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and different stakeholders. Will also be responsible for detailed planning and reviewing content created by others and conducting TTT and TNI.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Curating, creating, and designing learning content using Instructional Design principles
- Develop learning events like simulated role-plays, case-studies, activities, exercises, assessments, etc.
- Create leadership content and deliver the workshops
- Create Storyboards/scripts for e-learning and Video-based content
- Ensure that all information is consistent, easy to understand, and well organized
- Review, Proofread and edit own work and work of others to ensure quality, consistency and effectiveness
- Work alongside the SME in order to develop the complete solution
- Conducting TNI
- Aligning and Managing stakeholders and vendor management

Key competencies/skills required
- Knowledge of Instructional Design /Content Design
- Knowledge of leadership capabilities and models
- Ability to understand and communicate concepts quickly and accurately
- Creating byte sized content using development tools and software like Go Animate, Articulate, Captivate, etc
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, schedule and meet deadlines
- Work both independently and within a team
- Expertise in MS Word and PowerPoint
Desired
- Experience in content development tools
- Experience in Life insurance/Health Care industry / BFSI verticals
Desired qualification and experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in L&D with 5-6 years in content development
- Knowledge of developing digital content
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Instructional Design or related field
