JOB SUMMARY

- To lead the annual business planning, support in strategy formulation for B2B & B2C expansion & manage the board governance.

- To lead projects of organizational importance and work as consultants internal to the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the annual business planning for the existing B2B business along with finalizing the pricing with key accounts

- Formulate strategic options, evaluate selected options and make recommendations on decisions involving sectors and segments for B2B & B2C growth

- Deliver on projects with predetermined measures of success

- Work with cross-functional teams (including consultants) to identify and analyze key levers impacting the process/work area

- Bring an outside-in perspective to the business problem. Use networks within and outside of the industry to learn best practices and evaluate how they can be used and applied to Max SkillFirst business problems

- Build strategies, work closely with - planning- and drive change activities to achieve - best in class- competitiveness for the specific work area/ process

- Charting a path to help guide the company's growth

- Actively manage the board governance including decks and strategic plans

MEASURES OF SUCCESS:

a. Company profitability & P&L management including new business growth

b. Successful integration of Analytical solutions with Business processes and systems for ongoing usage

c. Successful archival of knowledge and dissemination of it across business functions

d. Positive feedback and appreciation from business owners and decision makers/ key stakeholders

e. Demonstrated quantitative benefits of analytical solutions and their application in the everyday business of the organization and achievement of project measures of success or the ROI signed off by shareholders / Board

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

a. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with excellent communication skills and a thoughtful, persuasive personal style

b. Self-starters who are comfortable in a project-oriented environment and comfortable in dealing with large cross-functional projects. Being boundary-less is of critical importance as the job may require working through several business projects

c. We will value candidates with the ability to influence key stakeholders and operational owners through well-articulated strategies backed up with metric driven value statements. It may even involve getting work done through cooperation with other groups with no direct reporting relationship to the position

d. Use analytical skills and judgment to solve problems with limited information at hand by learning and using Statistical tools and logics

e. Communicate complicated matters in a simple, structured way to senior management

MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:

a. Experience in - corporate strategy- and - planning- roles will be an advantage


Salary Offered : 20-25 LPA + Bonus
