Max SkillFirst - Assistant Manager - Marketing

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with vendors to design, develop and print marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, newspaper inserts, canopies

- Build / Improve Max SkillFirst's brand awareness among prospects by leveraging channels such as social media

- Write and optimize content for organization's website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube

- Engage with the public through social media

- Work closely with vendors to create website design and content

- Co-ordinate with design and production teams (internal and agency) for the creation of market ready collaterals, artifacts, sales enablers, etc

- Post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites

- Lead the creation of marketing material: collateral, sales presentations, web content, brochures

Measures of Success

- Quality of output and on-time delivery

Key competencies/skills required

- Have strong skills in content marketing, and copywriting

- Familiar with social media platform

Desired qualification and experience

- Bachelors / Masters degree

- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing

- Experience in training, human resources, education or related industry (preferable)
