Manager/Sr. Manager Learning and Development - Management Training Band:
Reporting to:
Chief Manager- Management Training & Content development
Department: Learning & Development
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for planning. co-ordinating, conducting Induction, Management Development programs for various management roles like ADM, AP Management and Office Heads and conduct training quality audits at office level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support On-boarding of new employees
- Conduct induction programs for ADMs, AP Management and Office Heads
- Execute Zone, Region and office level skilling workshops on Recruitment and Sales process
- Deliver specialized training interventions
- Collaborate with Zone Business leaders and stake-holders to boost ADM on-going development
- Conduct various certification programs for management positions
Monitor training effectiveness
- Track trainee's progress on key deliverables
- Conduct periodic knowledge checks through online assessments
- Visit offices for insights and identify trainee's development needs
- Strategize and share an action plan for their development
- Publish trainees progress reports to stakeholders
- Analyse and maintain track of self- performance on key vectors
- Track trainee's progress on attending self-learning modules and office skill builders
Training logistics:
- Publish monthly/quarterly training calendars in coordination with ZHR and RHR
- Schedule training sessions as per the approved plan
- Create and publish Dashboards

MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably a post graduate
- Minimum 3- 9 years of core training experience
