Job Summary:
- Responsible for providing HR support at the zones with a focus on Distribution teams and supporting HR initiatives, initiated from HO
- Recruitment of competent employees
- Employee engagement & retention
- Employee feedback & counseling

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet all manpower requirements for respective zones
- Ensure that all vacancies at zones are filled within the TAT
- Developing a pipeline for SM's
- Hire through referrals
- Coordinate with HO to ensure that all communication and documentation regarding Recruitment takes place as per laid down process
Employee retention with a focus on Distribution channels:
- Study attrition trends
- Understand employee & market related dynamics
- Conduct exit interviews, document the same and forward relevant information and papers to HO
- Institute and implement process for inducting new employees
Ensure quality of recruitment:
- Hire and develop relationships with exclusive search firms in the zones, coordinate with Recruitment team at HO to establish relationship with NAUKRI, hire through employee referral
- Manage costs within business plan nos.
- Implement various selection mechanisms (including tests)
- Transfer of assessment skills to MP/P/SMs
Development plans for top 20% employees in the zones:
- Facilitate identification of development plans
- Facilitate implementation of training calendar
- Maintain harmonious employee relations
Implement performance review cycle for the zones:
- Ensure all G & M sheets are completed and sent to HO within plan timelines
- Facilitate the G & M review process to ensure that all reviews are completed within timelines
- Facilitate building of a Leadership Pipe through the Management Development Process
- Educate employees on usage of the online performance management system
- Ensure compliance with all Labour Laws in the zones
Job Requirements:
Minimum Education: Post graduate in HR
