Job Summary The incumbent will need to continuously partner with Bank to sustain a successful relationship characterized and maximize revenue and profitability from the relationship through a high level of strategic alignment and tactical engagement. The incumbent is required to innovate and build Digital/Tele touch points and new lines of Business to penetrate into the whitespaces by ensuring collaboration with Functional Heads especially Operations, Products and Digital Key Responsibilities Job Responsibilities include Tele-Sales & New Business Conversion Management - Identify, Build, Operate and Develop new business models of virtual verticals in Digital and Tele Model - Netbanking, Tele Models; keep identifying new opportunities in the virtual space - Drive existing business, identify opportunities of growth and meet the desired objectives for Outbound Call Centre - Set up &amp; Drive effective tele-sales strategies to improve sales and process efficiency with progressively superior performance metrics - Collaborate with both Channel Distribution Team and Bank stakeholders to win in the Tele Banca space - Establish and Maintain optimum governance Rhythm and Process Digital Sales - Devise digital strategy for the channel to deliver discontinuous growth for the Digital Sales vertical - Deliver on business plans viz. Direct customer journey in Bank and in Bank subsidiaries - Partner relationship management including engagement map to ensure aggressive share of achievement on Digital Sales - Ensure focused interventions on strategic levers identified to deliver business plan - Creating a digital strategy for improving issuance, on-boarding and service for customer across the life cycle - LI Business Planning for Digital Circles with focus on Business Modeling and change as per requirement - Work through a cross functional team to achieve desired goals on product, process, people and productivity as per plan - Ensure effective management of Business Analytics, Compliance and Lead management Axis Securities Ltd - Lead the deployment of business plan to the internal team as well as partnership, Lead the engagement with the partner - Develop measures and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of the relationship. Liaison with cross functional teams and negotiate availability of required resources and commitment to maximize customer service. Conduct monthly reviews by channel - Support team in discussing and finalizing remedial action, as required with partner in order to ensure that the relationship has the requisite capability to deliver business strategies and goals - Negotiate and monitor costs and commissions. Set standards and guidelines for the team. Periodically review actual spends vs. standards and takes appropriate action in order to maintain expense ratios to ensure sustainability of operations Experience/Competencies - Desired qualification and experience - Master of Business Administration from a premier business school or equivalent. - 14+ years of progressive leadership experience in cross functional team. Prior experience in insurance preferred - Obsessed with customer centricity and has displayed innovative approaches towards the same - Strong in result orientation, managing ambiguity and change - External orientation both from competitor and partner networking perspective - Ability to communicate effectively, influence and inspire colleagues at all levels of the organization
