Job Description:
Salary & Benefits Administration:
- Monitors the organization's salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff.
- Leads and coordinates compensation processes like the annual salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development.
- Streamline and manage the monthly promotion process, related payroll inputs, recognition awards.
Performance Management:
- Implement Performance Management Plan for the organization: Analysis of PMS data in line with company philosophy, through prescribed sanity check, Resolution of employee queries from all businesses and spear-heading change / key recommendations with the business HR team and business heads.
Facilitate goal setting process for all levels:
- Finalize goal sheet templates for all positions to ensure alignment with the business, Timely uploading of templates on the system.
- Coordinate with IT to ensure smooth functioning of system
Analytics:
- Design and development of core reporting suite, subsequently manage the regular reporting
- Manage complex customer work requests
- Dedicated project support where critical business outcome identified
Business Partnership:
- Work closely with HR business heads, HR business partners, business heads for creating a compelling Total Compensation plan, strongly linked to pay for performance and support it by effective communication to drive the change.
- Work closely with business HR and co-create career progression plans.
- Prepare change communication materials and lead/co-facilitate sessions on C&B topics (pay-mix training, etc)
Budgets & Cost Management:
- In partnership with Finance, prepare and administer annual budgets, develop monthly governance, track key projects aligned with cost savings areas identified.
- Share MIS / dashboard with HRLT and business HR. Summary dashboards for key business heads.
External Competitiveness:
- Researching and analyzing salary rates and benefits offered by other employers in the same sector or in the target sector.
- Coordinating job evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair.
- Appreciate the influence of technology & current trend in Comp & Ben
- Responsible for projects related to Comp revision, LTI program creation and Bonus payouts.
Desired qualification and experience:
- Management graduate with 6-8 years of HR experience
- C&B operations experience (single cycle or more) is a must
- HR Analytics working experience with independent handling of projects, combined with knowledge of tools and technologies is highly preferred.
