KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Maintaining Actual vs Budgeted HC for Function under preview with Zero Variance
- Hiring TAT adherence and acquisition through direct sources /cost effective solutions.
- Accelerate internal mobility and promote gender diversity
- Managing onboarding & induction of new joinees
Workforce Engagement
- Creating engagement charter for the department & monitoring implementation of the same
- Implementation of R&R program
- Action planning on employee engagement across sub functions & monitoring progress
- Embedding of Company values in employees and processes
- 100% resolution within 24hrs on employee grievance handling
Performance Management
- Closure of filing of Employee Goal Sheet
- PMS education and related queries
- Closure of Reviews for the patch
Talent Management
- Implementation of various talent management programs like OTR, MDR, etc
- Manage attrition and retention of Key Talent
- Effective & timely employee grievance handling
Analytics
- Joining and Exit Report
- Attrition Analysis
- Vendor performance report
- Overall sourcing report
HR Operations
- ECode set up
- Closure of Exit formalities
- Leave & attendance management
