Designation : Deputy Manager - E-commerce
Experience : 2 Years To 6 Years
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Alliances & Partnerships to drive Digital Sales
i. Manage existing Digital Sales Partnerships (8 active Sales partners) with annualised business line of ~Rs. 18 Cr across Web aggregators and Digital Brokers
a. Development & end to end management of key web aggregator relationships
b. Devise & implement strategies to enhance share of shelf with strategic business partners
c. Partner relationship management including business plan & engagement map
d. Identify & implement interventions on strategic levers identified to over deliver business plan
e. Managing P&L of the respective partners and optimize spends to maximize incrementality
f. Work closely with Operations to create & establish relevant processes for prospect funnel management, online policy issuance & other aspects of customer management
ii. Build strategic alliances with ecommerce firms for retailing LI policies through website, mobile site & apps
a. Identify potential partners followed, develop suitable pitches and launch with finalised business partner
b. Target alliances across categories such as - online shopping sites, financial services sites, tax filing sites, travel sites, health sites, payment aggregators etc.
B. Digital business initiatives & new products/ lines as well as Product development initiatives
i. Holistic evaluation of opportunities for new product redevelopment
ii. Incubate digital businesses around new initiatives like pension, health insurance and group term insurance, Activation etc
iii. Work closely with Products, Research, Marketing & other business teams in NPD
C. Process-Platform Development & Innovation
i. Work with Operations (NB, UW & others to establish relevant processes for prospect funnel management & online policy issuance
ii. Drive Innovations in technology examining capabilities & collaborating with functional experts in areas of - Newer payment modes, Faster deployment of partners, Develop associations with service providers that can help us build process efficiency.
iii. Collaborate with IT & Digital Marketing teams on
- User Journey Creation & CE enhancers, BRD creation & channel signoff
- Ecommerce platform development & UAT
iv. Manage development & deployment of white-labelled platforms
D. Outbound Workshop based campaigns with Corporates
i. Work with Group Team to interact directly with Corporates / Brokers to onboard Large Corporates for Max Life Products
ii. Workshop with Corporates for imporving conversion for sales
iii. Interact with Underwriting and Operations for designing dedicated products for corporates and mandate 80%+ issuance
E. Banca enablement for Online Sales
i. Ideate and develop online enablement for Insurance Products at Banca mobile Apps, Netbanking, etc.
ii. Co Create end to end policy application and issuance journey for banca customers
