This is a key position in Corporate HR Team responsible for strengthening talent management practice in the company.
- The incumbent will report to the Head of Organization and Staffing and will work directly with senior stake holders and business managers in the organization.
- S/he will contribute to the design and development of integrated talent management encompassing initiatives such as Hi Po identification, succession planning, Leadership pipeline development, strengthening Hi Po ecosystem.
- The role requires incumbent to champion the cause of people related Compliance policies, strengthening culture of the organization.
- Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for providing HR partnership to HR leaders on strengthening staffing, engagement, communication, talent development and management within HR Team.
- S/he will be responsible for attracting, engaging and retaining a team of competent HR employees, creating a high performance and positive work culture.
