JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for driving critical projects within Finance team related to process improvement, system implementation and enhancing level of automation including innovation and idea generation. Key deliverable areas will be Project Delivery using Lean Project Management, Process Excellence, Business Process Management, stakeholder management and continuous problem solving.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management and Delivery
- Execute high impact strategic and transformational projects within Finance organization.
- Facilitating change & stakeholder management as part of transformational programs and improvement projects including steercoms
- Project management through robust governance, review structure and dash boarding to Sr. leadership, Sponsor, Champion and CFTs.
- Promote level of automation and process improvement along with core teams through innovation and problem solving
- Mentor Lean Six Sigma BB/GB projects for improving process efficiency, revenue, cost save/avoidance.
- Work with project teams for representing the function/organization in various external/internal Quality Competitions like CII, ASQ
Process Excellence
- Process identification, documentation and managing version controls
- Regular process gap analysis with business teams with solution identification and monitoring to ensure deployment
DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
`Post graduate with 8+ years' experience in managing large scale project involving multiple stakeholders.
`Understanding of finance processes will be preferred.
`Experience in design thinking, RPA and methodologies other than DMAIC will be preferred.
