Job Summary : - Evolve strategies on how to leverage existing customers of Agency - Design cross-sell/up-sell campaigns and drive the same thru field units - Drive renewals, New Products, product mix across the identified base of customers Key Responsibilities : Share of Wallet (SOW) : - Campaign SOW revenues in Agency and support field on strategic insight based cross-sell - Evolve SOW with superior analytics, insights &amp; deployment - Conceptualize, design and deploy effective SOW campaigns in partnership with Analytics, Underwriting, Marketing and Business teams to increase cross sell and drive sales for the organization - Integrate SOW with business goals of all zones evangelize - Leveraging technology to enable agents &amp; front line sales force - Lead Customer related initiatives Marketing : - Standardized campaign construct based on past success - Strengthen campaign process and approach - Build conviction on SOW campaign effectiveness in leadership - Drive campaign efficacy - Create lighthouses - Leveraging CRM infrastructure Internal Communication : - Develop and implement strategic plans for the internal communications department to facilitate the achievement of the distribution agenda - Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the agency's strategic vision - Provide knowledge, support and expertise in audio-visual presentations for HOA and Strategy Team Desired Qualifications &amp; Experience : - Graduate / Post Graduate with similar experience - Ability to build business strategies around driving and achieving business targets and future expansion
