Job Summary : - Establish governance rhythm and rigor for monitoring &amp; control of channel performance across actual achievement against forecast, and productivity trends - Ensure the project and change activities required from the IT function are aligned and managed and prioritized in the most efficient manner to achieve optimal usage of technology resources and deliver maximum business benefit Key Responsibilities Data Support &amp; information Intelligence for DMD- S Office - Support DMD review rigor and rhythms in governance and onward reporting to FPNA, EMC, CEO &amp; Board - Manage all-hands Weekly Business Review, Monthly Business Review and Board Distribution submission. - Manage adhoc information requirements relating to Distribution performance/ strategy from shareholders, life council, IRDAI etc - Assist in developing the business case for emerging opportunities and provide support for execution of pilots to test efficacy and blue-print and execute the scale-up plan, if any IT Demand Management - Initiate and execute intra departmental communication and improvement activities to ensure maximum alignment of the IT with business priorities and facilitate demand capturing - Facilitate annual planning cycle as well as structuring, capturing and estimation of the demand on an ongoing basis, assigning priority and mapping of the demand against agreed plan and resource base - Facilitate regular communication channels and forums to align on planned activities in the day to day operations between business units and IT - Prioritize and manage demands/work orders placed on the IT team with respect to new requirements from all across the company Cross Sell Program : - Project Lead to co-create cross-sell strategy and co-own the implementation of identified cross sell solutions - Prioritizing initiatives within project phases (based on value, stakeholder inputs, time criticality, bandwidth of the team etc.) - Monitor and review the progress, raising exceptions with the relevant project members, stakeholders as appropriate - Identifying and eliminating obstacles that may threaten an initiative's viability or MoS - Align stakeholders to obtain their approval/support - Prepare and maintain detailed delivery plans - Monitor and report on progress, raising exceptions with the relevant project members as appropriate
