JOB SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for managing PPC and display campaigns for Ecom business at Max Life through the performance marketing agency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Search :
- Monitor pay per click account on Google AdWords on a daily basis and work with the agency for action on keyword bids, budget movement, impression share etc
- Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting Optimize campaigns by evaluating copy, landing pages, bidding strategy, improving the Quality score, lowering CPC
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking
- Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments
2. Display :
- Monitor display placements on the Google display network through AdWords
- Monitor display placements on DBM, through other contextual audience buying platforms
- Optimize campaigns for placements, geography, device, click to session drop-off, time-spent on site and CPA goals
- Apply relevant strategy (pacing, budgeting, goals) to drive higher performance
- Work with the brand & communication team to develop contextual creatives and maintain a high creative coverage
3. Analytics :
- Monitor campaign performance using web analytics tool (Google Analytics)
- Monitor assist value of prospecting efforts in DCM
- Create an attribution model for paid marketing
4. Competition tracking :
Research and analyze competitor advertising for industry trends and actionable insights

- Significant interaction: Digital Marketing, Fulfillment center, Brand & communication, Marketing, Analytics & IT in a business role
- Moderate interaction: Ecom, Digital Product Management teams
External:
Significant interaction: Performance marketing agency, Technology partners, Business Partners (Google, Facebook etc)
Key competencies/skills required :
- Google Adwords
- Google Analytics, Tag management
- Facebook marketing
- Programmatic - Google Doubleclick Suite (DCM, DBM, DS)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- A strong desire to learn and stay updated
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
Experience :
- Post Graduate from a premier business school;
- At least 2 years of work experience in performance marketing
- Experience in BFSI, Telecom & E-tail sector will be relevant
- Stellar performance record
