- Responsible to provide senior management team with reports & analysis related to Cash flows, Fund Requirements and preparing an efficient and robust MIS for fund management

- Project wise preparation of budgets and exercising controls and reviewing the same with management.

- Generating and performing the analysis of the MIS reports for all group businesses.

- To ensure statutory compliance and deposits.

- Timely filing of various company law returns with ROC, MCA, CLB for the Group Entities.

- Handling all secretarial matters and maintaining all secretarial records related to the Group Entities

- The candidate's primary responsibility is towards assisting Sr Management for the Budget preparation, monitoring and preparing MIS. Also provide in-house provide in-house secretarial expertise and support on various corporate and compliance matters
