I. Job Details :
Job Title : Manager (Talent Acquisition) - Human Resources
II. Job Purpose :
- Effective recruitment and selection with focus on employing the right people with the right skills, whilst at the same time complying with recommended best practices and legal requirements.
III. Key Responsibilities :
Core Responsibilities :
- To ensure recruitment policy/process are adhered in entire recruitment and selection process.
- To ensure timely hiring of quality manpower as per business need and process guidelines within set timelines.
- Sourcing and attracting candidates using different source mix by using databases, job portals etc.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Scheduling Interviews and Follow-ups with candidates.
- Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on.
- Formulate Job Descriptions & specifications in consultations with Functional heads.
- Preparing and issuing offer letter to selected candidates.
- To ensure Joining Formalities and on-boarding process as per the protocols.
- To provide support in all other HR interventions pertaining to recruitment.
- To establish good rapport and interpersonal relations with candidate and relevant stake holders.
- To ensure the utilization of recruitment expenses as per the recruitment / manpower budget.
- To have complete orientation of Disha recruitment module.
- To keep track of recruitment metrics (e.g. TAT, Cost, TRF etc.).
- To act as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics.
- To be well groomed, punctual and adhere to company policies and practices.
- To ensure 100% compliance on Background Verification of all the new hires.
- To ensure 100% compliance of newly hired Doctors, Staff Nurses and pharmacists.
- Responsible for monthly recruitment MIS and dashboard.
- Ensuring 100% compliance in clinical governance.
IV. Key Performance Indicators :
Measurable Deliverables :
- Closure of 90% positions within TAT.
- Offer Vs Joining ratio not less than 80%.
- All replacements are hired within budget.
- Zero NC in audits pertaining to recruitment & selection process.
- 100% compliance in joining documentation in employee's personal file as per NABH / JCI guidelines.
- 100% compliance in registrations at the time of hiring (DNC/DMC/DPC/HMC).
- Personnel cost reduction through different HR initiatives.
- Zero deviation to e-recruit process.
V. Job Requirements :
Minimum Qualifications : MBA HR (Regular)
Experience : 10 years of experience post qualification
Behavioral Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
- Good in relationship management skills
- Good people management skills
Technical Skills :
- Proven work experience as recruitment personnel
- Well versed with Job portals & Disha Recruitment Module
- Good interviewing skills
- Good negotiation skills
Language Skills : English & Hindi
