JOB PURPOSE :-

To be a member of high performance tax team which is responsible for tax planning, compliances, supervision for Max healthcare network entities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -

- Periodic Income Tax Computation (Provisions), Deferred tax, Advance Tax Computations for assigned entities.

- Co-ordinating with Tax Auditors/Consultants and Unit finance teams for tax Audit Report, Transfer pricing Study, Income Tax Computation, ITR preparation and filing.

- Collating data/information/documents to support seniors/Tax consultants assessments, revisions, appeals etc.

- Data Collation, preparing and Filing of various Income Tax Forms (Form-61/61A/Form10DB/15CB etc).

- Co-coordinating with Information Technology teams and getting the needful tax changes in IT system.

- GST Returns preparation, filing, GST ITC Reconciliation, evaluating scope for GST compliance improvement for assigned GSTINs.

- Assisting Manager to formulate tax (GST/TDS/Income tax) policies.

- Be SPOC for assigned entities to effectively resolve tax related queries.

- Any other task as may be designated.

Someone with hands on exposure to direct tax for a big corporate even if in articleship will work. Currently should be a qualified CA
