Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Sales Hunter / Growth role:- Create sales opportunities , drive and monitor area/ account sales strategy, evaluate effectiveness for banking clients.
- Build new relationships and manage end to end relationships with clients / business partners
- Own lead pipeline reviews for region/ account and forecast business activity in the funnel
- Continuous sales improvement effort by defining newer pitches, through active engagement with inhouse technical team
- Monitor our competition, new products, and market conditions to further understand what our future customers will require
- Work closely with other members of the Sales Leadership team to build forecasts and take ownership for delivering the agreed volume of pipeline, as appropriate
- Drive the right sales culture and attitude.
- Sales target oriented and increase sales productivity.
- Segment focus, customer focus needs-based selling.
- Deepen customer relationship penetration through multi-product selling or bundles around anchor product.
- More focus on taking to market Change the bank / New to Bank scenarios than Run the bank scenarios
Required skills:- Must be a graduate. MBA's with a Sales Hunter mindset will be given preference
- Sales experience of 10+ years of which 5+ years in managing a Banking domain will be preferred.
- Should have prior exposure to Data, Digital and Testing solutions aligned with Global Banking needs
- Should possess strong people management and leadership skills
- Experience in managing sales relationship to the tune of $MM for global Bank would be an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
- Strong inter-personal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit
Our vision:- Double ARR for identified growth account by FY '24 exit, from current ARR. Identified account will have strong growth potential and lead pipeline to start with.
