Maveric Systems - Lead - Application Managed Services

Experience:

1) 12+ years of IT Application Support with Combination of Delivery, presales, solutioning and consulting experience is required.

2) Prior experience in presales/solution creation

3) Should have anchored Mid to large AMS deals (02 - 05 million USD)

4) Exposure to Business Development is preferred

5) Strong background in ITIL, Service Management Processes

6) Broad understanding in technology

7) Good understanding of Banking (Financial Services) domain

8) Good presentation / negotiation skills

9) Excellent written and oral skills

Responsibilities include:

1) Hands on experience in delivering Mid to large scale AMS engagements

2) Solutioning AMS (Application Managed Services) for IT Outsourcing deals and designing the service delivery framework based on customer requirements

3) Effort estimations

4) Ability to create optimized Operating Support models

5) Knowledge on AMS tools and Frameworks

6) Strong knowledge on Service Management & ITIL Processes

7) Responsible for authoring the responses for RFIs and RFPs

8) Ensuring Profitable AMS Business through CI Initiatives
