Domain, Automation, API, Digital testing etc.) - Create assets / accelerators in line with the specialisation in a time-bound manner - Build right SME / specialist capacity so that the rest of the org can leverage that specialisation - Effective knowledge management in area of specialisation Revenue Growth : - Develop and engage with multi-stakeholder relationship through delivery, specifically for EE customers - Realize contracted revenue from EE customers - Creating right conversion capacity and maintain high EN conversion rate - Build and maintain strong delivery talent pipeline EWoW : - Top Talent Identifying & Grooming Named talent with called out plan - Upskilling and stream change (within QAQE) - Institutionalize timely and meaningful career conversations and ensure plans & promises are executed on time - Ensuring timely rotation - Maintaining healthy attrition level and proactively retaining top talent Technical Leadership : - Build a culture of experimentation (maintain active first-time initiatives pipeline), and support and help to build tech labs. - Promote integration and collaboration with other clusters on sharing and implementing assets created - Own, support and delivery org/TSG level initiatives - Ensure right mix of trained freshers and competent laterals, and maintain healthy pyramid - Guide SMEs in hiring technical talents, retain top talents. EXPERIENCE : - Should have overall 15+ years of experience with hands on experience in managing & delivering technology driven solutions, project/program implementation. - Development background and experience in Java / middleware / API services in the banking domain (T24 testing would be added advantage) - Managed at least 5+ QA/QE engagements end to end with at least 2 engagements with a DevOps / Agile / CI / CD outlook in the banking domain - 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience in any of the previous engagements delivered - Hands on implementation of a DevOps / CI / CD pipeline for at least one end to end engagement with one or more digital banks / digital function - Worked with tier-1 banks and should hold experience in managing multi-level stakeholders - Created solutions and automation frameworks around Middleware automation / service virtualization / inline automation. Test data management and end to end agile and digital QA strategies (agile and traditional) - Proven expertise in engaging with CXO levels, to understand their challenges, provide solutions and take the benefits and value adds of delivery - Proven credits in building accelerators, tools and frameworks around services, automation, virtualization and data - Experience in Digital & API testing and proven track record of shift left testing, and in-sprint automation - Capability for automation across the architecture across variety of new age technologies - Must have experience and knowledge in technology and tools such as Java, Python, Jenkins, Git, Selenium, Appium, SoapUI and other automation frameworks. - Open to short and frequent travel within India & across APAC regions. - Ability to manage delivery team and structure and build pipeline of leadership talents - Guide and direct SMEs in developing solutions and convert leads & opportunities, and maintain EE & EN revenue run rate.
