Role - Customer front ending sales role with top line revenue & growth accountability - Selling to Top tier banks across the globe. - Focus would be to maximize the revenues in QA/QE services in Key and Regional - Accounts in the Middle East. Also, rest of Maveric's offerings across Digital, Data and T24 Services as an integrated sales approach to the appropriate stakeholders in the named accounts. - Manage the sales lifecycle - Experience in IT services sales and Account Management is critical. - Bring insights on customer's strategic initiatives and competitive insight on wallet share & pricing. - Mapping and meeting multiple stakeholders and pitching Maveric's services in identified accounts. - Have ownership of pipeline management and revenue realization in the assigned accounts/geography. - Collating insights on actionable pain points of customers around our service offerings - Bring market insight and engage with practice leadership to identify services that would meet the revenue milestones - Conversion accountability for opportunities created. While leaders will support, this role will own the defining of a winning proposition and pricing that will lead to conversion. - Advise delivery teams ahead of time on talent requirements so that delivery is well prepared with required talent. - Position Maveric offerings at the right point in the opportunities being pursued - Account Manager to have clear understanding and device a winning commercial proposition which includes rate cards, discussion on contracts, renewals, service agreements, etc. KRAs - Lead Generation: Account Management team should ensure to bring 8-10 qualified opportunities per quarter - Pipeline Management: Account Managers to create a pipeline which is 4X to reach their individual targets every quarter - Time & Effort Realization: Spend 80% time on opportunity creation and 20% time on internal coordination. - Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationship with procurement and IT leadership across all functions - Role of a hunter and a farmer: Identify opportunities across various groups - Drive customer interactions: Closely engage customer engagement team with key IT leaders on content led discussions - Opportunity Conversion: Gather insights on market knowledge, competition, expected budgets to present the best proposal - Pipeline Assessment: Reassess and align on pipeline creation targets and timelines of conversion - Relationship Management: Develop a connect beyond formal discussions with the key contacts across accounts - Synergy: Closely engage with customer engagement, solutions team & other internal teams within the organization
