Job Description:

1. Work in a research team that will undertake primary market research assignments for multiple global clients across different sectors like FMCG, Media, Consumer Durables, Healthcare, Automotive, BFSI etc.

2. Use state-of-the-art Conversational Research techniques to plan and execute primary market research projects to meet the specific client objectives

3. Synthesis and communication of primary research findings into actionable insights according to the client's objectives

4. Undertake projects ranging from Brand Health, Campaign Tracking, Category Exploration to Ethnographies and Trend Scoping.

5. Successfully manage multiple research projects simultaneously, all in different design/analysis stages

Requirements:

1. 0-3 years of experience in a primary qualitative market research agency (PREREQUISITE)

2. Hands-on experience in a primary qualitative market research

3. Demonstrable and thorough knowledge of all aspects of qualitative research - research design, moderation, transcript analysis, insight mining and final presentation development

4. MBA in Marketing or MA in Psychology/Sociology/Philosophy/Social Anthropology

5. Excellent command over English language
