Role Overview :
- Responsible for revenue generation and lead the growth and transformation of our Photography services nationally. This position provides direct oversight and management to sales managers and Tele-Callers across locations.
- Ensure on-time servicing of customers through healthy mix of online and offline photographers.
- To ensure wedding photography, revenue targets & profitability targets are met for the state.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee Entire Sales and Operations of the State for Photography Services
- Sourcing & Recruitment of Photographers(0n & Off role)
- Team Building: Manpower Planning, recruit, train, re-train and retain Tele-Callers and photographers.
- Ensure both Free Lancers and on roll photographers follow SOP Laid down by the company.
- Responsible for achieving 100% conversion of leads from Chennai HO and generate leads locally.
- Customer experience and successful complaint handling; proper response without time lag to clients.
- Control attrition - Good man management skills.
- Process orientation should be high.
- Review the sales projection/pipeline process ensuring that sales milestones on a daily/weekly basis are met and projections remain accurate.
- Ensure on time servicing of Customers through healthy mix of online and offline photographers.
- Ensuring Wedding Photography revenue targets & profitability targets are met for the state.
- Manager Call centre staff & ensure productivity.
- Ensure timely update of CRM & Relevant payment collections to company as per norms.
- Ensure geographical expansion within the state as per towns agreed with HO.
- Keep close track of development of photography innovations in the region and update HO.

Education and Experience :
- Any graduate with an MBA from a tier 1 institute and a minimum experience of 12-15 years in client / customer servicing (out of which a minimum experience of 2 years in P&L & Team Handling is required)
