Salary offered: 12 - 15 LPA
The Regional Manager - MD is responsible for the Sales, Service and Operations of Matrimony Directory for the region; Revenue generation by new vendor acquisition and working with regional vendors in the space of wedding related services for mutually beneficial tie ups.
Key Responsibilities :
- Overseeing entire sales and operations of the region
- Developing and effectively implementing process controls for payments and vendor on-boarding
- Responsible for vendor satisfaction, retention and lead management
Team Building :
- Manpower Planning, recruiting, training and retaining telecallers and relationship managers.
- Keeping close track of development or innovations in the marriage industry in the region
Skills and Competencies :
- Experience in Sales & Business Development
- Strong networking and vendor management skills
- Strong management and leadership capabilities with the ability to effectively motivate the team and control attrition.
- High process compliance and result orientation
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to manage a high performing team and drive deliverables
- Strong selling skills, right work attitude & interpersonal skills
Education and Experience :
Post graduation in Business Management (MBA/PGDBM) preferably in Sales & Marketing with 8-12 years experience in Sales (B2B Sales) and a team managing experience of minimum 4 years.
