- Responsible for the entire gamut of post sales operations for Matrimony Photography Services for the state.

- Setting up the process and ensuring adherence.

- Building good relations with customers and internal stakeholders

- Responsible for customer experience and successful resolution of customer complaints if any.

- Responsible for Customer retention by providing quality service

- Analyzing metrics which will include providing regular management reports and designing strategies based on outcomes

- Soliciting feedback from customers to continuously enhance the service deliverables of the business.
