Data Scientist / Business Analytics Manager

Designation : Data Science / Business Analytics Manager.

Role Summary: As part of the data science team, work with huge volumes of data to generate insights for optimization of product features and business process

Responsibilities :

- Work with Product teams to identify opportunities for product enhancement based on data driven insights.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide customer and market intelligence based on identified behaviour trends in the data.

Core Competencies & Skills :

- Expertise in regression models, decision trees, Optimization.

- Proven competencies in learning new products and services and new channels

- Analytics Experience in the areas of Product, Marketing and Sales.

- Experience in SQL, python or R or any other programming language for data analysis

- Experience with big data technologies, SPSS is a plus

- Strong business and analytical skills.

- Proficient in Predictive Analytics, Segmentation Methodologies, Regression Based Models, Hypothesis Testing, Factor Analysis/PCA etc.

Education and Experience :

- Masters in Statistics, Economics, Econometrics, Engineers, MBA's with high quant abilities

- 3+ years of experience in business analytics/ statistical/analytical models.
