Head - Database (Lead Generation)  Job role :   - To build a database of HNI Elite customers by leveraging internal & external leads.  - Managing a Pan-India team.  - Effectively stitching and executing a meticulous process.  - Build-up of strong, complete and superlative elite profiles - Create, Store & Retrieve.  - Data Security of customer information.  Any graduate with a MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum experience of 10-14 years in operations (KPO/BPO ) environment role preferably KPO / documentation team of Banking or telecom / Premium head hunters  Skill Set :   - Strong process orientation  - Ability to design and execute processes with strong process measures  - Meticulous Execution Skills  - Excellent Verbal and Written communication skill  - Ability to manage large scale national process with filed and back-end teams  - Strong Business Acumen having worked in an operations(KPO/BPO ) environment   - Should have an experience in managing a typical Hub & Spoke model of operation.  - Ability to connect and network with high net worth /Elite individuals and groups across the country  - Experience in Documentation, Storing and retrieving  - High Degree of innovative thinking and enterprising approach  Key Deliverable :   - Enhancing the database strength of Elite Matrimony so that customer has a better choice which indirectly impacts revenue growth and customer satisfaction.  - Focused on handling large scale operations on a national scale. The team will include field executives doing door-step service to do profiling of customers, a back-end team that will do telephonic profile writing & create profiles  - Funnel management with strong execution of process with team directly reporting from centre and reporting from branches in order to build up quality profiles.  - Targeting towards the quality of profiles: completeness of profiles, relevant field captured which serves purpose of matchmaking.  - Ability to understand process structure: key lead indicators, measures and reporting.  - Once the database is created, storage, retrieval and data security of the database is also part of the responsibility  Work location : Chennai
