Matrimony.com - GM/AGM - Technology - System Admin

The AGM/GM - Technology is responsible for the research, conceptualization, direction and delivery of the overall technology architecture and application across Bharat Matrimony and Community Matrimony portals, while being adept in open source Technology/ web/ mobile apps. LAMP

The candidate would be overall responsible for the tech related Infrastructure for all branches (10 Branches and 140+ Retail Outlets)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for high availability of services like voice, data, power with 99.95% uptime commitment

- Responsible for Evaluation of new technology and implementation

Skills & Competencies:

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Good Project Management skills

- Good negotiation skills

- Ability to lead 30+ team

- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

- Decision making and Change management abilities

- Interact with Business team for requirement gathering and issues

- Good knowledge on WAN/LAN network setup

- Good understanding about various network devices ie Routers, Switches, Firewalls

- Exposure to Dialer setup

Education & Experience:

Qualifications: BE, Msc (IT),MCA
