Regional Sales Head - Gujarat The Regional Sales Head - Gujaratis responsible for all sales and marketing activities throughout Gujarat. He/ She will report to the Chief Sales Officer and develop a team of sales executives Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute strategies to increase adoption of Math Buddy products by schools across Gujarat - Design and implement online and offline marketing strategies to grow Math Buddy online subscriptions - Coordinate with the Training and Support teams to ensure highest customer satisfaction after the sales. - Recruit, train and manage sales executives in multiple cities Required Qualifications, Skills &amp; Qualities - Minimum of 7 years of sales and marketing experience - Entrepreneurial and - go-getter- attitude with strong work ethic and integrity - Exceptional relationship management skills with ability to influence others - Passion for education and technology - Experience with online marketing strategies a plus - Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills - Strong time management, presentation and exceptional communication skills in English - A bachelor's/Masters or equivalent degree from an institute of repute Location and Remuneration - The position can be based in Vadodara / Ahmedabad / Surat.
