The Head of Customer Success is responsible for all activities relating to servicing customers and ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction. He/ She will report to the CEO and manage all aspects of operations including production/inventory management, dispatch, implementation, training and after-sales support. Key Responsibilities: - As a member of the Senior Management team, strategize and execute plans and programs for the growth of the organization. - Design systems and processes to ensure smooth order fulfillment and implementation of our products in schools - Design and Execute strategies for maximizing the teacher engagement and product usage in schools. - Ensure renewals from existing schools by providing best possible customer experience - Recruit, train and manage the school relationship team in different cities - Be in continuous contact with user schools and provide data driven feedback on usage to the school management. - Act as a channel for communicating feedback from users to the content and development team for product improvement as required. Required Qualifications, Skills & Qualities - - Passion for improving the quality of education and working with schools & teachers - 10 - 12 years of experience working in Education or related industries in a leadership role - Entrepreneurial and - go-getter- attitude with strong work ethic and integrity - Exceptional relationship management skills with ability to influence others - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Strong time management, presentation and communication skills - A masters or equivalent degree from an institute of repute Location and Remuneration - The position will be based in Vadodara, Gujarat. - Remuneration is competitive and will include ESOPs.
