Material Warehouse Head - Textile Division

Urgent Opening with Trident Group (Textile Division) for Material Warehouse Head

- Responsible for warehouse operations Including project management, material procurement and all compliances.

- Handle warehouse activities like Manpower management, space management, productivity management, etc on a day to day basis

- Responsible for all compliance related activity for the warehouse and legal.

- Responsible for managing short term and long term budgeting for warehousing.

- Responsible for SOP adherence and process enhancements to improve productivity and cost management.

- Responsible for vendor creation and management.

- Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.

- Design or implement plant warehousing strategies.

- Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees

- Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

- Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocol.

- Direct Reportees : 3 to 4

- Indirect Reportees : 80 - 100

4. Qualifications and Experience

Essential :

- Master / Bachelor of Engineering (full time) / PG Diploma (2 years full time) or Master's degree (full time) in Business Administration / Management

- 7 years of post-qualification experience in Material Management & Warehouse with P&L responsibility

Preferred - 

- Working knowledge of SAP

- Strong Interpersonal Skills.

- Strong Technical Skills.

- Adaptable and flexible in any given situation.

5. Knowledge and Other Skill

- Expertise in Warehouse Management

- Excellent knowledge of Textile market insights

- Strong product knowledge
